Terms of Use
Draft, 7 November 2026. Pricing and a legal review are still to come before the App Store release.
What Charisma Flow is
Charisma Flow is a practice tool: spoken drills with an AI coach that plays another person and then gives you feedback. The coach is software. Its scores and notes are opinions meant to help you practise, not professional, medical or psychological advice, and it can be wrong.
Your account
You need an account to practise, made with Apple, Google or an email code. Keep access to it to yourself. You can delete it at any time from Settings → Account in the app. You must be at least 13 to use Charisma Flow, and an adult to use the dating drills.
Fair use
Each drill uses a live AI voice model, which costs real money to run, so practice is limited to a set number of drills a month. Don't try to get around the limit, automate the app, reverse-engineer the service, or use it to generate content that is unlawful, harassing or abusive.
The dating drills are built on respect: a no, a not-yet or a limit is final, in the drill and in life. They teach honest, low-pressure conversation, and must not be used to practise pressuring or deceiving anyone.
Subscriptions
Paid features, when offered, are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store (or on our website). Prices, trial length and what's included are shown before you buy. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Your content
Your practice history is yours. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and availability
The service is provided as it is and may change, pause or end. We'll give notice in the app before changes to these terms take effect. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
